Coaching that sticks, because it never stops
One-time training fades. We coach your SDRs and AEs every week, on real calls and real messages, using the HIVE Method, our own framework for how modern buyers want to be approached.
20+ years of B2B sales, in your reps' corner
Pipeline Bee's coaching is led by Mena Yousef (opens in a new tab), who has spent more than 20 years in B2B sales at Forrester, Bloomberg, and Cvent.
That means coaching from someone who has made the calls, handled the objections, and worked complex deals, not someone reciting a slide deck.

SDRs need coaching, not a one-time training
Skills fade
A great workshop feels great for a week. Without practice and feedback, reps slide back to what feels comfortable.
Markets shift
New competitors, new budgets, new buying committees. What worked last quarter can quietly stop working this one.
Buyers get sharper
Your prospects hear pitch after pitch, and they spot a template instantly. Reps need to keep raising their game to stand out.
The HIVE Method
Four habits that turn cold outreach into real conversations. Every call review, role-play, and rewrite comes back to these.
H: Hunt the right problem
Research the account and pick one specific, likely problem before you reach out. Relevance beats volume, every time.
Instead of saying…
"Hi Sarah, we help companies like yours improve sales productivity. Do you have 15 minutes this week?"
Try…
"Hi Sarah, I noticed you're hiring four SDRs while the team is still small. Ramping that many new reps at once usually eats the first quarter. Is that on your radar?"
I: Insight before ask
Open with an observation or a question that makes the buyer think about a gap they may not have noticed. Don't lead with features.
Instead of saying…
"Our platform has AI-powered analytics, 40+ integrations, and real-time dashboards."
Try…
"A lot of sales teams can tell you how many calls reps made last week, but not which conversations actually moved a deal forward. How does your team see that today?"
V: Validate, don't pitch
Ask neutral, diagnostic questions. Let the buyer describe the problem and what it costs them, in their own words. Stay curious, never pushy.
Instead of saying…
"That's exactly why you need our solution. Let me show you a quick demo."
Try…
"How is that showing up for your team right now? And when it happens, what does it end up costing you?"
E: Easy exit, easy next step
Take the pressure off. Stay detached from the outcome, give the buyer permission to say no, and offer a next step that's easy to say yes to.
Instead of saying…
"I'll send a calendar invite for Thursday at 2pm so we can walk through pricing."
Try…
"This may not be a priority right now, and that's completely fine. If it is, would a 15-minute call next week to compare notes be useful?"
Inside a coaching engagement
Built around your team's calendar and your sales motion. Here's what your reps can expect.
Call reviews
We listen to real calls and give specific feedback against the HIVE Method: what landed, what to cut, and exactly what to try next time.
Role-plays
Live practice on the objections and conversations your reps actually face, so the new habits show up when it counts.
Message rewrites
We rework emails, LinkedIn messages, and call openers side by side with your reps, so they learn the why, not just the words.
A steady cadence
Regular 1:1s and team sessions, plus check-ins with sales leadership on progress. Coaching becomes a rhythm, not an event.
Give your reps a coach who's been there
Book a free 30-minute strategy session. We'll talk through where your team is today and what a HIVE Method coaching program would look like.
